v1.1.0 - Lamp 1.1: the Max plan, reports priced by patents, answers in your language

Lamp 1.1 adds the Max plan and yearly billing, prices every report by the patents it covers, answers in the language you choose, lets you rewrite a report from your notes, and makes search, full text and reports clearer.

  • The Max plan. Max is €269 a month or €2,690 a year with 1,800 credits, 2,500 patents and 400 chat messages a month, and 4 reports at the same time.
  • Pro, monthly or yearly. Pro is €119 a month or €1,190 a year with 700 credits, 1,000 patents and 200 chat messages a month, and 2 reports at the same time. On a yearly plan the monthly allowances still renew every month.
  • Reports priced by patents. A report's price grows with the number of patents you select for it, up to 1,000 patents in one report. The analyze dialog shows the exact price.
  • A report pauses before it costs more than expected. You continue it or stop it, and pay only for what it used.
  • Rewrite a report from your notes. Select text in a report and add a note. One click writes the noted sections again as a new version of the same report, and every earlier version stays readable. A report that loses a section names it and writes it again at no charge.
  • Answers in your language. Set an answer language in your profile, or ask the chat to answer in a language. Chat answers and reports are then written in it.
  • New models. Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Claude Haiku 5.5 join the list; Claude Sonnet 5 and Claude Haiku 4.5 leave it, and research that used them continues on their successors. The model list marks a model whose provider may keep your data.
  • Search by who and where. Ask the chat for patents of an applicant or an inventor, or from a patent office in a range of years. The chat can load the rest of a search, and it can remove patents from your list, for example "remove the Chinese ones".
  • Paste instead of upload. File upload is gone. Paste your invention or a list of patent numbers into the chat, and Lamp loads them.
  • Load full text with its price first. Load full text takes up to 50 patents at a time and tells you the most it can cost before it starts. You pay only for the text that arrives.
  • Credits never go below zero. A charge stops at your balance. Too few credits for a report, a search or a full text shows the reason and a Buy button where you are.
  • The chat knows your verdicts. The patents you marked Keep, Maybe or Reject are known to the chat, so you can ask about "the ones I kept".
  • Reports read like a document. A report is one sheet of paper with words instead of codes: claim verdicts, citation categories and gap ratings are spelled out, patent terms are explained the first time they appear, and classification codes carry their official titles. The PDF of a translated report is in that language, and downloaded PDF and Word files are marked as AI-generated.
  • Easier to read. Text across the app is larger and follows your browser's text size, grey text has more contrast, and Keep, Maybe and Reject are shown in words.
